Software that respects the work.
Fitquency is a fitness business platform for trainers and gym owners who want to run their book without compromising the people in it. Independent, US-based — and your client list isn’t our business model.
Why we built it
Most fitness software was built for the platform, not for the trainer. Client data flows into ad networks. Progress photos sit on shared storage buckets. Health data ends up in third-party AI training sets. We don’t think a barbell coach should have to read a 40-page DPA to do their job.
So we built Fitquency as a privacy-first alternative: progress photos never reach our servers, heart-rate data is processed on the watch and discarded, and client identifiers never enter any marketing tool. The simple feature you wanted — schedule a session, log a workout, send a payment — doesn’t have to come bundled with surveillance.
“We started Fitquency because we were tired of recommending tools to our coaches that we wouldn’t trust with our own clients’ data.”
We launched in the US in 2026 with a deliberate scope: schedule, program, log, message, get paid. Boring, foundational, fast. EU launch is on the roadmap once the US foundations are battle-tested.
What we won’t compromise on
These aren’t marketing values. They’re product invariants — wired into the schema, the API, the mobile app, and the watch surface.
Privacy-first
Progress photos stay on-device, end-to-end encrypted — our servers cannot decrypt them. Heart-rate data is processed on the watch and discarded. Client identifiers never enter analytics or marketing tools. If we ever ship something that contradicts this, we treat it as a P0 incident.
Trainer-led
Every feature ships only after a working coach has used it for two weeks on real clients. No "coach mode" bolted onto a consumer app.
US-first launch
One jurisdiction first, so the privacy and data model could be built right. EU and Canada follow once the foundation is proven.
Trainer-first economics
Subscriptions are managed directly so trainers keep more of their margin — and we keep the independence to ship for our customers, not for any platform.
Deliberately small
Two engineers and one designer who coach in their spare time, so we use the product the way trainers do. We are hiring — write to careers@fitquency.com.
Leaving is easy. That’s the point.
- Export everything, anytime
- One click gets your full client list, session history, and program library as CSV + JSON. Cancelling takes one click too — no retention call, no win-back funnel.
- No ads against your clients
- Your client list is not our business model. Nothing is advertised to your clients, and no data flows to ad networks.
- US data residency
- Client data lives in our US-based Postgres cluster, encrypted at rest. Progress photos never reach our servers at all.
Run one real session on it.
The trial is the demo — bring one client and see whether the platform respects your work the way we say it does.
