Fitquency collects consumer health data such as workout logs, nutrition entries, wearable metrics, and body measurements to provide the Services. This notice describes what we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the Washington My Health My Data Act and similar state laws.

• Workout and activity data you log or sync from wearables.
• Nutrition and dietary entries.
• Body measurements and progress metrics.

How we use it

We use consumer health data only to operate the Services for you and your trainer. We do not sell consumer health data.

Your rights
